Everything you need before booking with Dorethe.
The main products used during your service are Gummy Wax (red) and Shine n Jam (orange). To finish, we use a range of oils and gloss sprays. If you have any allergies, please state this at the time of booking.
We can use any hair you prefer, but we recommend Impressions braiding hair as it is much easier to work with and softer in texture. We also recommend Xpressions pre-stretched hair.
We don't offer a waiting list, but cancellations and last-minute slots are posted on our Instagram story — turn on notifications as it's first come, first serve.
We are open every day from 8 AM to 9 PM, including weekends and holidays. Walk-ins are welcome but we recommend booking in advance.
Very rarely. If an out-of-hours appointment is available, there is an extra charge of $25. Please call or text us to inquire.
Depending on the style, we ask that your hair is at least 4 inches all around. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll be happy to advise.

Yes! We welcome both walk-ins and appointments. However, booking ahead is recommended to guarantee your preferred time slot, especially evenings and weekends.

Yes, a non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount is applied toward the total cost of your service.
